The School of Management of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul ((EA - Escola de Administração da UFRGS - Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul), is proud to host the Eight International Conference on Decision Support Systems - ISDSS'05.

The 8th Conference for the International Society for Decision Support Systems will be held in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. This is the first time this conference is being held in the South American continent. It is also the first major event hosted by combined forces of the Special Interest Group in DSS of the Association of the Information Systems and International Society for Decision Support Systems.
